In Spain, in Palma de Mallorca, Veroniki Holding built the Veroniki Real Estate Building, a building designed with features aimed at reducing energy consumption.
The building features ventilated terracotta façades, thermoreflective insulation, thermally broken window frames with low-emissivity glazing, and a brise-soleil shading system that reduces solar radiation. Domestic hot water is produced by solar panels with storage, while heating is provided by a heat pump and programmable thermostats.
